COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR
(will include some residential work)
12 Month Fixed Contract commencing Spring 2012
Salary: Negotiable
We are a looking for a qualified solicitor with 4 to 5 years PQE to cover one year maternity leave and based in our Sidcup office. You will have broad commercial experience and be able to handle a varied caseload to include leases, licenses, landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals and other matters for a wide range of commercial clients. The general work split is 80% commercial 20% residential conveyancing.
