Accidents Abroad

We can assist with claims for compensation relating to injuries arising from an accident that occurred abroad. We work with local legal advisers and insurers to pursue appropriate compensation.

Accidents on Private Premises

Proceedings may be brought against the occupier or owner of premises if the condition of the premises led to an accident. We investigate the circumstances of your accident, obtain medical advice about your injuries, and correspond with the building’s owners/occupiers and their insurers to pursue compensation.

Accidents in Public Places

Accidents caused by a failure to maintain roads, pavements and footpaths or on other public property, are the prime responsibility of the local authority which maintains those areas. Claims for breach of duty may be brought against them, in appropriate cases.

Accidents at Work

Those injured by the negligence or breach of duty of their employer will be able to pursue claims for their injuries and, in the worst cases, the representatives of those killed will be able to seek compensation following death.

Defective Products or Equipment

Manufacturers and sellers of defective products are responsible for injuries or serious reactions caused by their products. We can assist you in bringing claims in appropriate cases.

Environmentally Induced Illness

Illness and reactions such as asthma, dermatitis, eczema, leukaemia or other cancers may arise through the negligence of those responsible for the maintenance of a building or environment. Claims for compensation can be brought against the owner or occupier.

Drivers and passengers of vehicles injured in collisions may seek compensation from the person whose fault it was. The personal representatives of those killed in road traffic accidents may also wish to bring claims for damages. We investigate the circumstances of your accident, obtain medical advice, and correspond with the other party to the accident, together with their insurers, to pursue compensation. We can also help you with recovery of uninsured losses and claims to the Motor Insurers Bureau.
