Ian joined Woolsey Morris & Kennedy in 2003 as IT Manager, a role he continues to fulfil.

When Home Information Packs became a legal requirement in 2007 Ian was trained as a Domestic Energy Assessor in order to provide the required Energy Performance Certificates.

Since that time Ian has, under supervision, been responsible for the preparation of all Home Information Packs.
