We charge a fixed fee of £500.00 plus VAT.
Generally we do not have to pay out any associated expenses, but if we do need to then we will advise you of these expenses.
We are normally asked to pay from the mortgage advance a fee to the broker who has arranged the Lifetime Mortgage, which we will pay on your behalf.
We aim to complete the Lifetime Mortgage within 3 weeks of seeing you after the mortgage offer has been issued.
We will provide you with a dedicated and experienced solicitor to work on your matter.
