Nicola joined Woolsey Morris & Kennedy in 2016 as a paralegal, having successfully completed her Solicitor’s exams at the University of London.
Nicola currently assists with drafting wills, powers of attorney and administration of estates following death and is enjoying meeting and talking to clients to help them achieve their objectives.
She attained a Law degree at the University of Kent, where she really enjoyed all the subjects but particularly family law and her dissertation on the progression of the Euthanasia debate.
Whilst studying, to help develop her skills and knowledge in a variety of legal areas she volunteered at the Law Clinic at the University of Kent providing legal advice to local residents who were unable to afford it. She has obtained work placements at a number of local law firms and the Crown Prosecution Service.
