Tim Goodwin

Tim has extensive experience of dealing with Wills, the administration of deceased estates, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work, Trusts and Equity Release. He developed his specialism in this area of the law further by becoming a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners in 2007.

Tim qualified as a Solicitor in 1994 and joined Woolsey Morris & Kennedy in 2012 as Partner and Head of their Private Client department. Tim had previously headed the Private Client department in a regional East Kent law firm and still lives in Whitstable.

Tim acts for clients of all age ranges, but has a special interest in retired clients and their needs. He gives his voluntary time as Trustee of AGE UK Herne Bay and Whitstable and acts as an Attorney and Deputy for a number of older clients.

Tim is complimented by clients for his professional and personal approach with the ability to give advice in a clear and straightforward way.
